How do the implementation and onboarding work?

Our implementation and onboarding projects are structured around your business goals. We always start with a Discovery Call to understand what you want to achieve with HubSpot. Then, we kick off the project together with the Operations team, including the project scope, timelines and requirements.

We’ll schedule regular progress meetings where the action plan is reviewed, questions are answered and blockers are resolved. We’ll plan training sessions with your team separately, if they are part of the project scope.

 

Once the project is coming to an end, we’ll schedule a plenary offboarding meeting where we evaluate the project, discuss any backlog decisions and wrap everything up.

What investment can I expect upfront? I don’t want to be surprised.

The exact figures will depend on the scope and tech stack, but here are the typical investments we see: 


Onboarding & implementation (one-time): €1.5k–€6k for SMB, €3k-€12k for mid-market, depending on the number of Hubs.

 

Integrations (one-time): From €0–€1k for a marketplace app to €1k–€5k for middleware and €10k–€25k+for custom/API build (when data models and workflows are complex).

 

Process mapping/blueprint: €2k–€6k, depending on how many processes we map.

 

Enablement & training (yearly): €1k–€10k, depending on the number of sessions and teams. 

 

HubSpot licenses (ongoing, billed by HubSpot): Pricing varies by Hub/tiers and contacts; we’ll outline options once we confirm scope.

Can I migrate the systems I’m currently using to HubSpot?

Absolutely, you can! Whether you use Pipedrive, Salesforce, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign or any other CRM, or if you use Excel for everything, we can migrate your legacy system to HubSpot.

How much time and effort will this take from my already overloaded team?
