During the daily huddle, you hear from your growth team – a combination of streetwise talents and seasoned pros in SEO, SEA, programming, data, strategy, visual design, and marketing automation – about the status of various clients. You offer advice, make adjustments where needed, and ensure everyone starts the workday inspired. Following this, you brainstorm extensively with the strategist about the growth strategy and key principles for a newly acquired scale-up to generate traffic, leads, and sales on a structural basis.
After lunch, you set up marketing funnels for another client alongside the growth engineer. In between, you have a call with the visual designer, who needs your input for an ad campaign. You then work with the marketing automation specialist to perfect a complex workflow in HubSpot.
You end your workday with a client visit, where you, along with the strategist from your growth team, review the past quarter with the client. Of course, you also present the inspiring growth plans for the coming period. This way, the client sees you off with enthusiasm and fondly recalls the day they brought ScaleUp Marketing on board. You leave with a satisfied feeling, once again realizing the thrill of switching between marketing, project, and account management.

A salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience;
A one-year contract, with a view to a permanent contract afterward;

Extensive experience as an online marketer, growth marketer, or growth hacker (what's in the name?!), where you ran successful (paid and organic) marketing campaigns.
You take responsibility for achieving results first and foremost. You are a rock-solid support for the client.
Excellent communication skills, as you’re in contact with the client and at the helm of your own growth team. Proven experience in managing clients and/or a team.
You get energized by leading your own team of specialists.
You’re able to switch between strategy and tactics and easily distinguish between main and minor points.
You can juggle multiple tasks (and occasionally pick up a dropped one).
Preferably experienced with HubSpot and project management.
Fluent in English.
